Re-advertisement In fulfilling its mandate, the CBE calls for suitably qualified service providers to submit proposals to undertake the national research study on Consolidation of Professional Councils Mandates: A Status Quo, Benchmarking and Policy Framework Development Project. The purpose of the project is to conduct a study to provide descriptive and numerical analysis on various issues pertaining to recognition of voluntary associations, professional registration, appeals and tribunals, international agreement and competency standards, to understand processes and principles on regulatory aspects followed and applied by the six built environment professional councils.
